Customer satisfaction is always our top priority we strive to achieve.

Please understand (the customer) is responsible for any items until received by Pinned Motosports. Return cost will not be covered by Pinned Motosports. .

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom made products.

All refunds must be requested before approval of the designed artwork otherwise the refund will not be permitted. If refunded, Pinned Motosports will claim 20% for time and efforts of designing.

Incorrect/Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item caused by us, Please notify within 48 hours of receiving your order to get the issue resolved. Only under these conditions will we exchange the item at our expense and refund any postage costs for that item.
